In March 2019, the police in Meixian District received clues that there was a phenomenon of taking new drugs in the nightclub in Meicheng. A total of 1,861.86 grams of suspected liquid drugs in different bottles, a pack of white solid powder suspected to be drugs, a batch of measuring instrument funnel, empty bottles, etc. were seized at the residences of drug traffickers Li Mouhui, Shen Mouchang and Zhou Mouhua.

Therefore, three consecutive days, the police arrested 19 suspected drug-taking suspects in Meizhou urban area. The drugs in the wine bottle were 168 ml and sold to drug users at a price of 2,800-3,000 yuan. The drugs in the oral liquid were 14 ml and sold to drug users at a price of 600-750 yuan.
